Our family has lived in Alaska for over 25 years! Over this quarter of a century, we have built a small, family-owned corporation with two things in mind: sharing our beautiful and delicious food culture with Alaskans and sharing the extraordinary beauty of Alaska with visitors to the area.
Our Restaurant
In 2017, we had the honor of providing food service to Chinese President Xi Jinping’s team during his visit to Alaska. We welcome longtime guests as well as new friends to join us for a truly unique experience at our newly renovated premises!
China Town Restaurant offers a unique and authentic Chinese dining experience in Anchorage. Our dishes have been vetted and recommended by international tour groups, ambassadorial staff, and private VIPs.

Air Chef Alaska
We are happy to announce that beginning in August 2022, we will expand our business at Anchorage airport. Air Chef Alaska will be serving pilots on Asian Cargo planes and also serving a new Anchorage-based airline offering travel from Anchorage to Asia.
